Lifting and working out has been sort of meh for the past 6 months or whatever. Life has been sort of meh for the past what, 2 years? Any ways… I thought I was back on track, had a great month of lifting and then things got a little hectic and I took another month off.
I FEEL LIKE CRAP. Well physically, any ways. Mentally/emotionally I feel better than I have in a while. Happy, actually.
So yesterday, I lifted in the garage and I went to the box (I can’t even remember the last time I did that) Not a whole lot, just wanted to feel some weight in my hands and break a sweat. Did the job.
I started juggernaut a couple months ago and really liked it. Started back up on the 8’s wave and will see if I can keep up or if I need to start all over again.
