I deadlifted 315#!!! Sorry I keep repeating myself, I’m just so excited about it. Goal since I started. :D 30# PR. The first attempt my grip slipped just before lock out. I was one of two females who did it RXd. The other is one of the coaches. I was also the slowest of the box, but that’s ok. I rarely run these days and just did deadlifts the day before. I’m just glad I finished it. I’d rather go heavier and take longer.  I ended up tearing my hands a bit and bleeding where my finger and nail meet. One of my legs is also bruised pretty badly....
