I deadlifted 315#!!!
Sorry I keep repeating myself, I’m just so excited about it. Goal since I started. :D
30# PR. The first attempt my grip slipped just before lock out. Grip started to go on the 2nd attempt, but some how I made it.
I also got a 95# press (5# PR) and my squat was 185#. :( I went for 215 twice, but I was in my head too much. It would have been a 5# PR.

I was one of two females who did it RXd. The other is one of the coaches. I was also the slowest of the box, but that’s ok. I rarely run these days and just did deadlifts the day before. I’m just glad I finished it.
I’d rather go heavier and take longer.
I ended up tearing my hands a bit and bleeding where my finger and nail meet. One of my legs is also bruised pretty badly....

Had to do mixed grip after my warm up. *shrug*
Uh… It feels good to have lifted 220 for 10 because 3, 4 months ago I was trying to get 1+ at this weight and wasn’t doing so good. I’m definitely in a better place than I was though. Eating, sleeping, etc. You know, all that good stuff. :)
