The deadlifts went quickly, those push ups did not.

As soon as I got the email of this WOD, I knew it was a bad idea. All the way until the end, I thought it was a bad idea. But I did it any ways.

My right shoulder was giving me some issue already. On the 2nd round I felt sharp pains in my right arm. This caused me to use my left arm a lot more. The pain eventually moved up my neck and on the back of my head. If I turned left the pain nearly made me vomit.

However, aside from the “DOMS” I feel fine today.
