So. I kind of slacked off on updating for some reason. Here it goes.
1/18/12
Warm up:
- Dislocates
- Double under work (I think I got like 4. Spread out.)
- Squats: 10 x bar, 95# x 3, 115# x 3, 135$ x 3
Lifts:
- Squats 160# 3 x 5
- Press 65# 3 x 5
- Deadlift 155# 3 x 5

6 + 31 singles. My feet cramped up. It kinda sucked. Then I took my shoes off and dropped a 2.5# plate on a toe.

Warm up:

- Squats 165# 3 x 5
- Bench press 80# 3 x 5
- Rows 75# 3 x 5
Uh, I lifted by myself this time. I was trying to be quiet because someone was asleep. The part that really gave me some issue were those damn rows.

- Press 70# 3 x 5
- Deadlift 160# 3 x 5
Squats - Loren pointed out that the bar leans to the left when I come up from a squat (but not on the way down). We’ve always known I line up more to the right, slightly. On the second set I tried to line up evenly under the bar and did A squat. I felt like I was drunk squatting, bar felt totally uneven.
I know that my left shoulder and right hip are tighter. I’m not sure if one or both of these is coming into play here.
It feels normal to me. I do not feel like I am leaning at all.
Press - Struggling with these today.
Deadlift - I’ve been trying to keep up with overhand grip as much as possible, I guess 160# is too much for my hand. Also, there is a nice wound from a blister… that didn’t feel too good while trying to hold on. Oops.
