Warm up:

  • Dislocates
  • Squats: 10 x bar, 115# x 3, 135# x 3, 155# x 3

Lifts:

  • Squats 175# 3 x 5
  • Bench press 85# 3 x 5
  • Rows 80# 3 x 5

Tough, but did it.

Was kind of a frustrating day in the gym today. Realizing I have a lot of work on squats again, bench pressing this weight reps/sets is harder than 100# at 5 x 5 was a few months ago…

Blah, blah, blah. Blog it and let it go.

I can’t be too upset when I completed all lifts I wrote down. *shrug*
