Warm up:

  • Dislocates
  • Squats: 80# x 8, 115# x 3, 145# x 3, 145# x 3, 165# x 3

Lifts:

  • Squats 180# 3 x 5
  • Press 70# 3 x 5
  • Deadlift 165# 3 x 5

Not much to say. 

On 1/28 I got a 20# PR on deadlift. Loren was lifting and *jokingly* told me to try it. Without a warm up and in slippers & pjs, I went for it. 

It was 285#. (315# has been my goal since I started lifting. Soon.)

I tried it a couple weeks ago and just moved it a little. I think what pushed me was seeing the look on Loren’s face. The shock, the pride. It kept me going. He keeps me going.
